Cancellation Policies

We require a Minimum 7 Day Notice for trip cancellations in order to receive refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with in 7 days of your scheduled trip may result in loss of your deposit if not re-booked or rescheduled. We understand emergencies happen and will do our best.

Weather Cancellations

The safety of our guest is always top priority if the weather or sea conditions are unsafe, The Captain will make the decision. Your deposit can be refunded if not rescheduling.

Everyone also needs to sign/ acknowledge our online waiver 48 hours before the trip.
